Be comfortable and adopt a posture that is conducive to prayer.
Begin by making the Sign of the Cross, closing your eyes and paying attention to your breaths while simply breathing in and out.
When ready, invite the Holy Spirit into this time and space to guide your time of reflection.
While reading the passage prayerfully, STOP and notice if your heart or mind rests on a particular word/phrase.
Spend some time with that word or phrase and TAKE A CLOSER LOOK at what feelings or thoughts are being stirred up.
Speak with God and ASK Him what He is inviting you to with these movements.
RESPOND to God in thanksgiving and ask Him for the grace to live out this invitation.
